CHICKEN AND WILD RICE 
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® original long grain and wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
6 pieces chicken (breasts, thighs or legs)
1 c. white wine

Combine rice (including seasoning package), soup, wine and 3/4 cup additional liquid (wine or water) in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Mix well. Place chicken pieces on top. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake 45 minutes more.
