1 c. peanut butter, creamy or chunky
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter, cut in sm. pieces
1 (10 1/2 oz.) bag mini marshmallows
2 c. crisp rice cereal

Grease 8 inch pan. Mix peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter in bowl. Microwave on High 2-2 1/2 minutes until melted. Stir and mix in marshmallows. Microwave on High 45-60 seconds until marshmallows are slightly melted. Stir to mix, then stir in cereal. Spread in pan. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Cut into squares.
