FRIED CUCUMBER 
2 lg. cucumbers, cut lengthwise
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
Salt
Pepper

Salt and pepper cucumbers. Shake in a brown bag with cornmeal until cucumbers are covered. Heat 1/3 cup of oil in hot skillet. Add cucumbers and fry until golden brown. Remove and put on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serves 4.
