HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can artichokes (not marinated)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 oz. Mozzarella, shredded
Pinch of garlic salt
10-15 ripe pitted olives, chopped
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos, drained

Drain artichokes and cut into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Place in lightly greased medium-sized baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is all melted and dish bubbles. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
