SQUASH PANCAKES 
1 egg well beaten
1 c. squash beaten with egg
1 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
Flour

Mix all ingredients together with enough flour to make a thin batter. Pour by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Turn when bubbly, and cook until bottoms are golden brown. This is a very old recipe.
