CRISPY POTATO WEDGES 
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. each salt, basil, thyme and oregano
1/4 tsp. paprika
4-6 potatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan

Combine oil and seasonings in a large bowl. Cut unpeeled potatoes into wedges. Coat in bowl with oil mixture. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 15 minutes, turn. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 minutes longer or until tender. Yield 4 servings.
