MEXICAN POTATO WEDGES 
10 med. potatoes
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/4 c. butter

Bake potatoes in microwave 20-25 minutes. Cut lengthwise in fourths. Place potato wedges in 9x13 inch casserole in single layer. Dot with butter. Bake in regular oven 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven.

Spread grated cheese, sour cream, salsa and green onion. Add more or less toppings to taste. Serve warm. Fast and easy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
