1 lg. round or sirloin steak (2" thick) 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 lg. can tomato sauce 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper to taste Flour for covering steak Season steak with salt and pepper. Roll in flour. Brown quickly on each side in small amount of fat. Saute onions, pepper in small amount of fat. Place steak in covered pan. Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire, onion and pepper. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven until done and tender. |
