EASY CHICKEN CROCK-POT CASSEROLE 
3-5 chicken breasts with skin
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Salt, pepper, garlic salt, or Everglades seasoning

Wash and season chicken; put chicken, cheese, and soup in a crock pot. Cook until chicken comes off the bone or is falling apart. Remove bones. Serve over rice or noodles.
