CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 medium cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 large can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, cooked and drained

You may use more butter and mayonnaise if you need too.

Place cabbage and onion in 9 x 13 dish. Add salt and pepper. Pour 1/2 stick of butter over cabbage mixture. Add ground chuck. Combine soup and mayonnaise. Pour over mixture.

Topping:

1 stick butter, melted
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Mix together. Pour over cabbage mixture.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
