WALNUT CANDY | |
3/4 c. honey 3/4 c. sugar 4 c. (1 lb.) English walnuts, chopped Combine honey and sugar; bring to boil. Cook to 245 degrees. Add walnuts; cook 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pan. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Lightly mark top. Cool and cut into 1-inch squares. |
