SOUP VERDE | |
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1/4 c. parsley, chopped 1/4 c. green onion tops, chopped 1 sm. clove garlic, mashed 1 1/2 c. milk 1 can cream of chicken soup Salt, black & red pepper (to taste) Mix thawed spinach, parsley, onions, garlic and milk in blender. Add to cream of chicken soup in a saucepan. Cook, uncovered slowly until hot. Add salt and pepper to taste. May be served hot or cold. May be prepared a day in advance. Does not freeze. Serves 4. |
