UNDER-THE-SEA SALAD | |
1 pkg. lime Jello (regular) 1 c. hot water 1 c. grated cucumber, peeled & seeds removed 1 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 sliced onion 1 clove garlic 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. whipping cream Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add vinegar, salt, onion and garlic. Let stand until it starts to set. Take out onion and garlic. Stir in cucumber, whipped cream and mayonnaise. Place in glass bowl or individual molds. Serves 8. |
