TOASTY CHEESE CRACKERS 
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz.)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter, softened (1 stick)
3 tbsp. water
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. uncooked oatmeal

Beat together cheddar and Parmesan cheese, butter and water until smooth. Add flour and salt. Mix well. Stir in oatmeal until blended.

Shape dough to form two (12 inch) rolls. Wrap tightly in Saran Wrap. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Cut in slices 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick. Flatten slightly. Bake on greased cookie sheet 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees until edges are light brown.
