CAULIFLOWER SOUP 
1 c. beef or chicken broth
1 sm. (1 lb.) cauliflower divided into sm. florets
1 1/2 tbsp. instant flour
1 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. dill
Fresh parsley

Bring broth to a boil. Add cauliflower and simmer for 25 minutes. Add flour mixed with 1/2 cup of milk. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add egg yolks mixed with rest of milk. Add dill and chopped parsley. Serves 10. Excellent for people on a diet.
