ALMOND BRIE SNACKS 
1 pkg. sm. sliced party rye or pumpernickel bread
1 sm. round brie cheese
1/2 lb. butter
10 oz. sliced almonds

Saute the almonds in the butter. Cut up the brie and place a piece on each slice of bread. Arrange on a cookie sheet and top each with a few almonds. Drizzle the remaining butter over the top of each piece. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until the brie is melted. Makes 36.
