LAYERED BRIE WITH FRUIT 
8" wheel (2 1/4 lb.) Brie
2/3 lb. blue cheese, rind removed
1/3 c. preserves (any fruit flavor)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Freeze Brie for 30 minutes. With long sharp knife, cut Brie horizontally in half. On small plate, place blue cheese. Heat in microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes until spreadable. Spread on cut surface of Brie. Top with second half of Brie and return to freezer for 30 minutes. With sharp knife, remove top rind. Heat preserves 1 minute. Spread evenly on Brie. Top with nuts. To serve, heat in microwave 6 to 7 minutes until softened, rotating dish twice. Serve with grapes and crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
