JELLO PISTACHIO PUDDING CAKE 
1 (4 serving) pkg. Jello pistachio instant pudding
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
7 drops green food coloring

Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Blend, then beat, at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool about 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan, finish cooling, and sprinkle top with confectioners' sugar.
