1 yellow cake mix
1 lg. box butterscotch instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Bake cake as directed; let cool. Mix pudding. Poke holes in top of cake, then pour pudding, spreading pudding to fill holes in cake. Top with Cool Whip; chill.
