BUTTERSCOTCH CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (dry)
2 eggs
1 can "Thank You" brand butterscotch pudding
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
small bag of sliced almonds
sugar (to sprinkle on top last)

By hand: Mix cake, eggs and pudding together. (It's a thicker batter.)

Spread on greased 11x13 pan.

Sprinkle butterscotch Chips, almonds and sugar on top.

Bake at 350F degrees for 40 minutes.

I misplaced my recipe. SO glad to find it here! I make this for my husbands birthday, and everyone wants the recipe! I couldn't find "Thank You" brand pudding, so substituted 4 "snack pack" pudding cups. Worked great!!

This is a great cake- super easy and really delicious. I've always served it with cool whip, and used a butter pecan mix when I can find it. I often throw in an extra egg yolk for richness just because I can't play by the rules, lol.
