1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 c. (milk) chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with sour milk - add zucchini and chips. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
