CHOCOLATE CHIP ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. shredded zucchini

Beat together the butter, oil, sugar and eggs. Add the vanilla and butter. Set this aside. Sift together the cocoa, flour, baking soda; add to the batter and mix well. Add the 2 cups shredded zucchini. Pour in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
