ZUCCHINI CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. oil 1 3/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. sour milk 2 1/2 c. flour 4 tbsp. cocoa 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. zucchini, diced 1/4 c. chocolate chips Cream butter, oil, and sugar; add eggs, vanilla, and sour milk. Beat with mixer. Mix dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture. Stir in diced zucchini. Spoon batter into greased and floured 9 x 12 x 2 inch pan. Sprinkle top with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean and dry. |
