SAUSAGE EGG BRUNCH | |
8 oz. brown and serve sausage (sliced) 5 slices white bread, cut in 1 inch pieces 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 5 eggs, slightly beaten 2 c. milk 1 tsp. dry mustard Salt to taste Place bread pieces on bottom of buttered 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Place sausage pieces on top of bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Pour evenly over cheese. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes. |
