CRUNCHY CHEESERONI 
2 c. macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. green pepper, diced
1/4 c. chopped pimento
2 c. cubed Colby cheese
1 can French fried onion rings

Prepare macaroni; drain. Brown ground beef and drain. Add soups, green pepper and macaroni. Place half mixture in a greased 2 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with half cheese and half onions. Top with remaining mixture and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 4-6.
