LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 whole clove garlic
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. sweet basil
2 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2) can stewed toamtoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
1/2 lb. Muenster cheese
1 (3 oz.) can Parmesan cheese
tomato juice

Brown ground beef. Drain off fat. Add garlic, bay leaf, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste. Add tomato juice to make consistency of spaghetti. Simmer one hour, uncovered. Remove bay leaf and garlic. Cook noodles. In shallow baking dish (about 14-inch long) make layer of noodles, sliced cheese, sauce and Parmesan cheese in that order. Make two layers.

Bake 30 minutes uncovered in 350°F oven.
