BAKED HUNGARIAN NOODLES 
1/4 lb. fine noodles
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
Paprika
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain. Combine the noodles with the remaining ingredients except the paprika and Parmesan cheese.

Approximately 30 minutes before serving, bake in buttered casserole at 350 degrees until hot. Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese and serve.

Serves 6. May easily double to serve 12. May be made well in advance and refrigerated until baking.
