CHERRY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 cake mix (chocolate without pudding)
3 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
1 can (21 oz.) cherry pie filling (or crushed pineapple)

Combine cake mix, eggs, almond extract and pie filling. Mix well. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. (For bars: Use larger pan.) Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips

In saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. When melted, spread on cake.
