CHICKEN PARMESAN 
Boneless, skinned chicken breasts
Progresso Italian style bread crumbs
2-3 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti sauce
Serve with spaghetti or linguini

Pound chicken breasts, then dip into egg whites, then coat with bread crumbs. Brown chicken on both sides about 3 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Cover the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch pan with spaghetti sauce and place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and place in a heated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. For the last 10-15 minutes, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top until melted.
