MARSHMALLOW APPLE CRISPS 
4 c. peeled, sliced apples
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place apples and water in 8-inch square baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt; cut in butter until mixture is like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned.
