MIMI'S APPLE SALAD | |
Mayonnaise One bag raisins 3 apples (removing skin is optional) A medium bunch of grapes cut into halves or smaller 1-2 bags of mini marshmallows (you choose how many) This is a recipe that my grandmother (Me and my cousins call her Mimi) loves to make around the holidays. The first thing you do is core the apples and then cut the slices into small to medium chunks and place them in a large bowl. you then put it into a large bowl of your choice. Add the grape halves. Add the marshmallows (as little or as many as you like). If you are a Marshmallow lover like me, there can never be too many marshmallows in the salad. Next, mix in the raisins. Finally, add two spoonfuls of mayonnaise; stir it up and serve. If you don't want to eat it right away, cover with plastic wrap and set it in the fridge. Serves about 8 people.
