MARSHMALLOW APPLE CRISP | |
4 c. sliced & peeled cooking apples 1/4 c. water 3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Place sliced and peeled apples and water in a greased baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt and then cut in butter. Sprinkle flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt and butter mixture over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Upon removing from oven place miniature marshmallows on top and put under broiler until marshmallows are melted and slightly browned. |
