MARSHMALLOW APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. water
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter

Place apples and water in a 6x10 inch baking dish. Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned on low shelf. Serves 6.
