MARSHMALLOW APPLE CRISP 
4 lg. cooking apples, peeled, cored and sliced
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Combine apples and marshmallows in a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Blend together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg until mixture is crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake in a 375 degree oven about 30 to 35 minutes or until apples are tender and crumbs are golden brown.
