PEIROGI CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
12 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese, shredded
2 lg. onions
1/2 c. butter
4 c. mashed potatoes

Cook lasagna noodles. Saute onions with 2 tablespoons of butter. Mix mashed potatoes and 1/2 of sauteed onions, Velveeta cheese and butter. Layer noodles and potato mixture. Starting and ending with noodles. Put rest of onions and butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
