BAKED POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen crushed hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed

Mix all ingredients together nd put into a buttered 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Mix together and put on top of potato layer. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
