POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
10 red potatoes
1 1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
8 oz. bag shredded Velveeta cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. milk

Cook red potatoes in skins. Melt one stick of butter; pour some in bottom of 9 x 13 glass casserole dish. Alternate layers of sliced potatoes and melted butter. Sprinkle with minced onion and cheese. Mix corn flakes with 1/2 stick melted butter and sprinkle on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour milk over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
