POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
8-10 cooked potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
Butter
Paprika
1 tsp. garlic salt

Beat potatoes until smooth. Add cream cheese and sour cream. If too stiff, add milk. Place 2-quart casserole. Season with garlic salt. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
