POTATO CHEESE DINNER CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
2/3 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 c. potatoes, peeled & sliced
8 oz. American cheese
1 can Spam, flour, oil
1 c. soft bread crumbs (buttered)

Blend soup, milk, water, celery salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in potatoes. Pour in 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole, top with cheese and set aside. Coat meat slices with flour, then fry until brown on both sides. Arrange meat on cheese, sprinkle with crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees, cover with foil last half hour.
