COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 to 12 med. size potatoes
1 med. size pepper
1 1/2 sticks butter
Celery salt
1 med. size onion
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk

Boil potatoes; peel. Cut butter and cheese into cubes. Cut potatoes into large cubes. Chop pepper and onion. Mix together. Pour milk over and mix. Season. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
