FRUIT CREAM DELIGHT SALAD 
1/2 c. scalded milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 egg yolks, well beaten
Juice of 1 lemon
2 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 lb. sm. marshmallows
1 c. nuts
1 can white cherries (14 oz.)
1 can pineapple tidbits (14 oz.)
1 can fruit cocktail (14 oz.)

Add seasoning to milk and pour slowly into well beaten egg yolks. Cook in double boiler until it coats a spoon. Cool. Add lemon juice. Whip the cream and add powdered sugar. Gently fold into cooled custard. Mix marshmallows, nuts and well drained fruits. Add to cream mixture. Chill overnight. Do not freeze. Serves 12.
