CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 1/2 c. ground fresh cranberries
1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. flavored gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 sectioned, diced orange
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine cranberries and sugar; set aside. Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add cold water, lemon juice, and spices. Chill until thickened. Fold in cranberries, orange, and nuts. Spoon into mold and chill until firm, about 4 hours.
