GOURMET FRENCH ONION SOUP 
2 med. onions, sliced & separated
4 tbsp. butter
6 drops Tabasco
1/2 c. sherry wine
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire
2 slices French bread, toasted
2 slices Swiss cheese
1 can College Inn beef broth
Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in pan over medium heat, add onions and cook until tender. Add beef broth, sherry, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese into 2 ovenproof bowls, add bread and soup. Top with Swiss cheese and additional Parmesan. Bake until cheese melts, approximately 15 minutes.
