1 c. plus 2 tbsp. biscuit mix
1/3 c. light cream
1 lb. hamburger
2 med. onions, sliced
Salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. meat flavor extender
2 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
Paprika

Mix 1 cup biscuit mix and cream. Knead 10 times on board lightly dusted with flour. Roll dough into circle to fit 9 inch pie pan. Saute beef and onions until meat loses its color. Add seasoning and 2 tablespoons biscuit mix. Spread into pan. Beat eggs lightly, blend in cottage cheese. Pour over meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
