HAMBURGER-ONION PIE 
PIE CRUST:

You may use your favorite crust or the following:

1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. light cream

Mix well; cream. Knead 10 times on board, lightly dusted with Bisquick. Roll dough into a circle to fit 9" pie pan, ease into pan.

FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. flavor extender
2 tbsp. Bisquick
2 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese

Saute beef and onions until meat has lost color. Add seasonings and Bisquick. Spread in pan. Beat eggs slightly, blend with cottage cheese, pour over meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Cut into wedges. 6 to 8 servings.
