PORK ROAST BARBECUE 
1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin roast
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place roast, fat side up, in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Insert meat thermometer (not touching bone or fat). Combine remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over roast. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until thermometer reaches 170 degrees, basting roast frequently. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes; serve with remaining sauce.
