GOULASH 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans tomatoes
1 onion, cut in lg. pieces
1 lg. bell pepper, cut in lg. pieces
1 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. chili powder
Tabasco to taste or picante sauce
1 lg. can ranch style beans
32 or 4 med. potatoes, quartered & cut in 1" pieces
Macaroni, as much as desired

Brown ground beef, add onion and bell pepper and cook about 5 minutes longer. Drain meat. Put in a Dutch oven. Add spices and rest of vegetables. Let simmer, covered until vegetables are tender.
