GOULASH OVER RICE 
4 or 5 pork steaks
4 med. squash
1 bell pepper
1 onion
3 cans tomato sauce
Salt
Pepper
Garlic salt

Cut pork steaks into bite pieces. Stir and fry in very small amount cooking oil. Slice vegetables. Add tomato sauce and vegetables. Season to taste and cook vegetables to desired texture. Serve over steamed rice. Add water to tomato sauce, one can water to each can tomato sauce.
