KOREAN GOULASH 
2 lb. ground beef
2 small heads cabbage
2 small green peppers
4 bunches green onions
2 medium onions
3 cups quick-cooking rice (I use Minute Rice)
soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce
chow mein noodles (I use LaChoy)

Brown ground beef; drain. Shred cabbage, peppers and onions. Cook vegetables in a small amount of oil until partly soft. Add browned hamburger to vegetables and cook on low heat. Cook 3 cups of Minute Rice.

Serve goulash over cooked rice. Top with sauce and chow mein noodles.
