PASTA SALAD 
1 bx. (12 oz.) pasta, cooked (spirals or twists)
4 med. tomatoes, in season
2 bunches of scallions, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 sm. bunch broccoli florets
1/2 c. olives, black or green
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 bottle Paul Newman's Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing

Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Best made 24 hours ahead of time for flavors to blend. Serves 12.
